Your expenses don’t all run on the same clock. Ad spend runs daily, payroll might be weekly, and agency bills often come monthly. We’re excited to give you more flexibility and control so you can match your Braavo payouts to how your business actually spends.
Choose when you get paid
Open Payment Settings in your dashboard and update your preferences at any time:
Daily payouts: A payment is sent every business day, so you can put revenue back into growth faster. (US bank accounts only)
Weekly payouts: One payout per week. Choose any day from Monday to Friday. If you don’t select a day, payments will be sent on Mondays by default.
Monthly payouts: Pick any day from the 1st to the 28th of the month.
On-Demand Payouts (PayMeNow): Get paid only when you need it by clicking PayMeNow
What each payment includes
Each payment covers your sales up to the day before your payout day. For example, a Tuesday weekly payout covers the previous Tuesday through Monday, and a monthly payout on the 4th covers the 4th of last month through the 3rd.
Even on an automatic schedule, you can click Pay Me Now anytime to access additional available funds. You can change your schedule whenever you like, and changes apply from your next payment cycle.
When your money arrives
Payouts are processed & sent on your scheduled day, and you can still expect funds to arrive next business day. If a payout day falls on a weekend or bank holiday, it’s processed the next business day.
Already on weekly payouts?
You don’t need to do anything. Your payout is still processed on Mondays, with funds arriving Tuesday. Each payout now covers Monday–Sunday sales instead of Sunday–Saturday, so it reflects your revenue with a one-day delay instead of two. To cover the switch, you’ll receive one extra payment the week of 10/26 for the single Sunday between the old and new cycles.
