Braavo Analytics displays the data it receives from App Store Connect, but sometimes this data can differ.

Net Revenue vs. Gross Revenue

In Braavo's Monetization report, the Net Revenue figure is showing your app's net sales (less any marketplace fees, -15% to 30%). The Gross Revenue figure is showing your app's total sales, including marketplace fees.

Currency Conversions

Braavo displays your aggregated data in your preferred currency. We use the original currency of the transaction (from the Summary Sales Report) to convert your revenue to a preferred currency, using a same-day FX rate.

You can change your currency settings in your preferences.

Timezones

App Store Connect defaults to UTC when viewing reports. To see daily sales as represented in Braavo, you can change the timezone setting to PST.

Delays

What you see on Braavo Analytics is the sales data we have received from Apple as the prior business day. While Braavo uses Apple's daily reporting to populate your dashboard, if Apple's reports are delayed, your Braavo data may take longer to load as well.
